At the heart of the mattress is a 1500 pocket spring system, each spring working independently to contour to your body, promote healthy spinal alignment and reduce partner disturbance. The foam encapsulated edges give maximum sleeping space and support from edge to edge. On one side the summer sleeping surface is finished with ultra cool fabric to regulate temperature and wick away heat, on the other side the winter side has a soft quilted top fabric for extra warmth and comfort. From the moment you place your order our external delivery team and customer service staff are dedicated in providing a delivery service in the best possible manner.
Any orders placed after 13:00pm will be processed the next working day.
1. Once your order has been received and processed by our sales team we will send your order to our production team in the warehouse.
2. Your order is then hand crafted by one of our experienced craftsmen.
3. Your order is packaged and ready for our delivery team.
4. Our delivery team will email you regarding a date delivery can be made with a suitable estimated 4 hour time slot
5. Your order is then delivered by our delivery courier and you will be notified 30 minutes prior to delivery being made.
We offer a free 2 man delivery service to hallway across United kingdom however in the following remote areas listed below where we can not guarantee delivery within our usual timeframe of 3-5 working days will incur an additional charge.
