What to expect
From the moment you place your order our external delivery team and customer service staff are dedicated in providing a delivery service in the best possible manner.
Any orders placed after 13:00pm will be processed the next working day.
1. Once your order has been received and processed by our sales team we will send your order to our production team in the warehouse.
2. Your order is then hand crafted by one of our experienced craftsmen.
3. Your order is packaged and ready for our delivery team.
4. Our delivery team will email you regarding a date delivery can be made with a suitable 4 hour time slot
5. Your order is then delivered by our delivery courier and you will be notified 30 minutes prior to delivery being made.

We offer a free 2 man delivery service to hallway across United kingdom however in the following remote areas listed below where we can not guarantee delivery within our usual timeframe of 3-11 days will incur an additional charge.

If you aren't available on the day of delivery let our staff know by phone or email at least 48 hours prior to email confirmation of the date expecting delivery and we will be more than happy to find another suitable time.
For failed deliveries we hold the rights to reserve £60 (Per Item) for re-delivery costs.
